A state of mind.

October 10, 2009

Does God really exist or is it just a state of mind that people choose to follow? It has been scientifically proven that the Earth was form through the Big Bang theory but then again there are those staunch religous people that insist that it is a work of God. I personally feel that this religon is nothing but a state of mind, a way of life for people who have lost themselves in some way or another to follow. It is like a guideline in life for them, an instruction manual to a certain extent.

If you look at it from another angle, they are just merely caged birds waiting for the day they pass away and move onto “Heaven”. Right now, they are restricted by so many ways and there are so many boundaries they are not allowed to cross, take for example drinking, some relious groups believe that it is a sin to drink. But then again, there are those who are of that religous group that still go ahead having their fun, what does that make them? Sinners? Hypocrites? If you don’t wanna follow the guideline your religon has pathed out for you then don’t even go into it first of all, it makes every one of you hypocrites and liars if you haven’t already realised.

This state on mind has also been the cause of so many problems, for instance, riots and wars. All these religous groups have taught them about peace and stuff like that but why is it they still have to fight against each other? Because they are all hypocrites, ultimately all they do is in their favour and for their benefits. Do you honestly think that they are doing all these for their religon and for the sake of man kind? NO.

At the end of the day if you can’t handle the feeling of being tied down by so many rules and restrictions, feeling like a caged bird, a leashed dog then don’t even start the whole relious thing. Don’t ever lie to yourself, stay true to the fucking bone.

it might come across as a kind of routine/ belief that ties you down with rules and restrictions, but it not always is. I pray you’d experience the wondrous work of God and that He will touch you one day, so you’d understand first-hand why some people still stand strongly by their beliefs
